Does anyone know how stepping down as PIC to another district as a staff RPh affects pay? For example:
My current base = 38 hours
Position as staff RPh = 42 hours
Would that mean my hourly rate stays the same and I would get paid for an extra 4 hours per week?
Or does it mean that my annual salary would remain the same, but I have to work an extra 4 hours per week to keep that?
