I got an EE from my Pic on my yearly evaluation. But i heard rx supervisor will go over it. Can the supervisor change it.?
My store did well on all major metrics with a Mystore health of 3.6 , And customer service score of 88. The district did not do too well. For sos we are ranked among the top 4 stores and we are the busiest store among them.

Does anyone have an idea what percent raise i might get? What criteria does supervisor use to give raise?

Supervisor doesn't determine raise. Only rating. Based on those numbers EE would be reasonable but based on other factors the rx sup could still change.

Raise is based on a rubric including your current rate and your rating. It varies significantly from year to year so no one can really say until we get our reviews and raised in March.

Based on historical and assuming your current rate is in the middle percentile I would assume somewhere between 3-6%

Rx sup can do whatever he/she wants (within whatever "guidelines" allegedly exist). Whether calling the ethics line or reaching out to the HR business partner does anything is another issue.

I already got a raise of a dollar. Probably meets got meets expectations on eval. It shows as a progressive pay raise on my Job data history and shows my next evaluation is in 2017. Guess I got the raise early?

There is a range for each salary grade of pharmacist and pharmacists are listed in a "quartile" depending on how their pay compares to the average (supposedly). Then there is the performance rating. Then the supervisor has a "bucket" of money which consists of a certain percentage of all their eligible pharmacists salaries that they can use for raises, usually around 2.5%. If you are "red-lined" or "red-circled" you are at the top of your range and are probably getting a lump sum instead of a raise. Otherwise your raise is based on a combination of your salary grade (staff and manager are different), quartile, and performance rating. Oh, and the salary range depends on whether your market is an A,B, or C market. By the time you factor in all of this your supervisor has the discretion to move your raise a few basis points in either direction. And then it goes to the DM, RM, AVP, and SVP and EVP for modifications and approval. So an AVP who has no idea who you are can change the raise your supervisor entered if they want to...and sometimes they do.

Well . No matter your performance, now i think your raise is at the supervisor's discretion

Your supervisor has so many dollars to spend. He gets nothing for banking them. There is no reason he would reduce your rating. The RM or AVP might. Last year I was put in as an OP and my boss was told there are no OP's. Why would he want you to be anything other than happy and carrying the district. Last year my EE was good for 3.5%

I heard there are a lot politics in my District. If the supervisor likes you ,you get a good raise.

I feel like "politics" is the word people use to describe it when they don't get the raise they want. There is nothing "political" about doing your job well.

does the supervisor like you?
Dont know. I doubt though. I am waiting to see if i will get a decent raise. I broke my back . It was challenging as my schedule was giving us less than 170 hrs for a store that can do up to 2600 scripts a week. Now they finally opens the hrs. We have abt 224 to 240 hrs depending on the week

our store was 3.8 for the year #2 in district and top 9% of chain #1 in we care and mce for district. My manager rated us all ME. Do you think supervisor will change, because I will be upset if my raise is based on that despite our scores.

Really. I think you deserve EE

LOL, so true....

I was told nobody gets OP unless you are literally a magician.

Using only 170 tech hours for a store that can do up to 2,600 a week and somehow getting a MCE score of 88. I'd say that's magic.

It was really bad. The store is an old cvs in the neighborhood plaza so customers are nice and we know them well. They like us
As a staff pharmacist i was the one to address the issue with supervisor. Pic refused. You dont believe how many emails i had to send. As one point of time i was on the phone with him for a while. Thanks to me persistence we were told we could use up to 176 hrs, which was still not enough. That was at the end of the year. Yes we were dying and still managed to get good numbers

OP is used. I have used it but it's only around 1% of employees. Lower tier managers usually have it overturned higher up the chain.

Anyway to check this from home? I'm relatively new, so I have no idea what all these EE/OP mean...

You need to discuss with your manager your rating.

I am really upset.. over the weekend the DM made the pic change my rating from EE to ME. Really.
I guess no more decent raise for me.

You need to find out why. If your PIC does not know, ask the DM directly.

Yes it's on HR site. Call HR if you can't find it. EE=exceeds expectations. ME=meets expectations. I always got ME and a small raise. Nice that it is automatic and we don't have to ask for it. Sometimes supervisor/manager gives review in person but most likely you will just get an email about it.

It's not on my hr.cvs.com though. I don't think you can see your evaluation at home

To be fair, 3.6 weighted can swing either way because after the curve, you can reach to EE. It is also dependent on the other 30 percent... did you recognize people in Values in Action? Did you volunteer for projects? How did you exhibit CVS values? Etc.

In my opinion, you should get EE but be ready to discuss about the above. Some supervisors are dicks, and others just dont know.
