I am a sophomore Biology major at LSU. I had a 3.3 cGPA going into this semester hoping to boost it up when I received my first ever D. If you knew me, I am not a C or D student. I am an A/B student & very dedicated to my studies. There was just something about this professor's teaching method & exams that didn't click with me. Is there anyway to get into med-school with a D?

A D is not the end of your hopes. You'll need to retake the course and get a better grade, preferably an A. Consider taking it at another school, if no other instructors are available.
If you apply to MD schools, both grades will be included in your GPA calculation, so you'll need some extra As to redeem the poor grade. If you apply to DO schools, the new grade will replace the old one.
