D+ In orgo chem II, NYU/BU chances?

I have a GPA and DAT score to be competitive for NYU and BU, but I got a D+ in orgo chem II (A- in orgo I). Neither of these schools lists a minimum grade for prereqs, does anybody know if I will still be eligible to apply? Thank you so much in advance for your help!

You need to pass (C or above) prereqs. I got an F in orgo I, retook the class (A), and got accepted to NYU. You can apply, but must notify schools that you plan to retake the course before matriculating.

BU may prefer if you take a semester of advanced organic chemistry. A D2 buddy was accepted there, but she took organic at a community college and was told to take advanced organic chem in order to competitive for BU. (Instead of retaking the 2 semesters at a 4 year) Contact Josh Swanson at BU's dental admissions office.

His # is 617-638-4787 and he is very clear with what the school wants.

I got an A in orgo 1 &2 and in biochem had A+ .. Interviewed @ BU and was still denied. ... They have a lot of applicants and I wouldnt just focus on two schools. Most people dont even hear back from them at all with a rejection.

I had a 20 AA , 3.2 BCP, 3.24 oGPA... my MS/Grad gpa was a 4.0 though
