This information is off of each residency program website. ***Please note that not all the websites had this information. This is a list of the Program websites that did supply this information. I looked up all the 3 year allopathic programs to see if they had any DOs on their website. Here is the list I came up with. This took me a week or so to compile. I may have missed some, but this is fairly complete. Hope this helps to give some insight to current DO friendly programs, for all who have asked.

Nice! Thanks for the info Apollyon. Always nice to see a LECOM alum reppin' (814) strong up in the hizzy. :D Actually, I may have to check out Duke a little more closely. I will definately be giving all of the programs in the southeast a good look.

Cook County also has DO's... a couple of the faculty are DO's there too.

I guess you could say that I make sure Wright State is pretty DO friendly (actually kind of interesting considering there is a DO EM residency down the road...Grandview).

hey neo  , why did u choose USF?

UIC-Peoria has taken 1-2 DO's per class in recent years. Marc Squillante, the program director, is a D.O. himself.

Its the bomb diggity. Lots of reasons, actually. WHen I was applying, it was a brand new program, so I have really enjoyed being the first class here... its awesome being able to help mold the program.

Level 1 trauma center in the heart of the nicest part of Tampa. We see not only the indigent and cruddy but also the upper echelon, which is real nice.

Six residents a year, pretty small for a program but we really have a "family" feel to it and its a very laid back program.
