Could some of you who are 3rd year, 4th year, and residents discuss your experiences with applying for specialty residencies vs primary care? Can DO's compete sucessfully for ACGME residencies with MD students? Is it advisable to take the USMLE as well as the COMLEX if this is one's plan? I'd love to hear of any experiences or advice you all can share! Thanks!
