Assuming CTA rules out PE and ECHO shows no RT ventricular dysfunction. What would you make of this finding on lexiscan stress test?

I would probably first question the validity of the finding on the Lexiscan, especially if there was no such finding on TTE.

Lexiscan isn't an anatomic study, it's good for perfusion and anything else is incidental. We've all seen Lexis call an EF 30% which on the echo doesn't pan out.

If it's not on the echo and patient has no evidence of right heart dysfunction, I'd call the lexi a false positive.
