Apply to more DO schools. You're in no position to be choosy.

And work on interview skills.

Your stats and experiences seem to be more than enough to get an MD acceptance.
I’m not sure what your school list is...did you apply broadly enough? Is there a potential red flag on your app?

Mainly, I wonder if because if the covid pandemic if the fact that you’re an international student is hurting you, as undergraduate international enrollment is way down this year...
if this is the case one solution might be to apply more broadly, or to apply DO, or work on your interview skills, as Goro suggested.
