What are your sGPA and cGPA ? What are your MCAT scores ? What are your ECs ? Are you applying to any DO schools ?
Apply to more DO schools. You're in no position to be choosy.cGPA: 3.85
sGPA: 3.98
MCAT: 521
EC: well rounded: decent shadowing, started my service site, published once, am working in a clinical role currently in my gap year
I applied to 6 DOs.
And work on interview skills.

OP,
Your stats and experiences seem to be more than enough to get an MD acceptance.
I’m not sure what your school list is...did you apply broadly enough? Is there a potential red flag on your app?
Mainly, I wonder if because if the covid pandemic if the fact that you’re an international student is hurting you, as undergraduate international enrollment is way down this year...
if this is the case one solution might be to apply more broadly, or to apply DO, or work on your interview skills, as Goro suggested.

Why do you say that? Like why am I not choosy, is there anything that sticks out?
It's really tough for international applicants, even with great stats.
Add any other DO schools that accept applications from internationals.cGPA: 3.85
sGPA: 3.98
MCAT: 521

Your stats are definitely good enough. It’s still early in the cycle, so be patient and hopefully things will work out for you. I wish you the best!
