I hope that's how it is spelled, at least. How much $$$ should one reasonably expect to pay for bilateral DCR done under local? Lets just ballpark it as if the individual was paying for everything. Im just curious.

Dacryocystorhinostomy-- Approximatelly 2000 an eye for ASC and 2000 for MD, that's approximately 8000. Reimbursement would be about half that if insurance pays.

Many docs would give a discount if you're cash pay...

That's an expensive ASC. The ones in dallas charged about a grand. Medicare pay's only 640.00 so if you offer the doc twice that he would probably bite.

If the surgeries are done on the same day, then the billing for the second surgery is 50% off.
