if you could only take 1 bio class before the dat, (besides the intro bio classes) which would it be?

im kinda stuck in this situation, and was wondering which bio class would help me the most on the dat....

thanks!

i really don't know man, bio section has the most randomest questions ever. it's like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're gonna get!

hmm...im debating now between cell bio and micro bio...i have to take one with 0 chem 2, and both fit my schedule, so which ever one is more helpful for the dat, im gona take...any ideas?

my health advisor recommended genetics.. i had the same problem

or anatomy if you haven't taken that yet

Physiology. for sure

As a biology major i'd have to say...without a doubt...Cell and molecular biology. If it's a good teacher you'll learn more than needed and this will greatly increase your understanding of material that is core to the subject of bio. This understanding could help you make well educated guesses on the random questions that are apparently given in the bio section. I'm not sure biochem would be that beneficial. You'd only be able to take the first term of it, obviously, and my first term of biochem just covered basic pathways in more depth - something I don't think would be that essential for the DAT.
