Hello,

I was wondering is bootcamp qr or qvault qr a better representation of what I might see on the the actual DAT? I have been doing problems out of math destroyer and doing well on those and have also taken qvault tests and done well also. But I began bootcamp's qr tests and am struggling?

Thank you!

Interesting. So you're struggling with Bootcamp but doing well with the problems in math destroyer? Is the time the issue?

never used qvault qr but dat bootcamp qr was spot in terms of questions and difficulty. math destroyer made me feel like i was going to fail qr, its made hard on purpose so the real qr is a breeze

Did american DAT - self-studied 1.5 months.

Used bootcamp and DAT destroyer. Diagnostic bootcamp QR score: 15 - final score 1 day before test: 23. real score 29.

Bootcamp was very representative. Excellent for timing practice.
Math destroyer is also representative and was immensely useful to study from if you read all the questions/answers carefully afterwards.

I found the two to be equivalent difficulty, perhaps math destroyer harder by a touch.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your thoughts and advice!

QR is more timing than skill. you have to learn to weigh risk vs. reward. heres what youre going to do on bootcamp + the real dat: if you cant get a question, skip it, mark an answer and move on. youre better off guessing than spending time on a question youre going to get wrong anyways. there are always easy questions at the end of the exam. run through the exam once and put an answer down. people who do poorly on qr usually wish they had 30s more to mark down answers for questions they didnt answer. i sucked at qr during practice but bootcamps timing helped me kill my qr: i got a 23. see my breakdown.
