Can you use the numerical keypad and functions on the keyboard.

Is the break 15 or 30 minutes? I have seen both lengths.

It's been a year since I last took the DAT, so I don't quite remember the break lengths. I heard they changed it this year... can someone pls answer OP's question regarding break length?

Yes numerical keypad on the computer works!

30 minute break since ~ April 2016, calculator works with keypad!

30 MINUTES!!! It's kind of a new thing they implemented. It does wonders for all of us 🙂. Also, keypad works for calculator! Good luck 😀

Good luck! It is 30 minutes like stated above. However you can resume whenever you'd like during that 30minutes. I took a 15 minute break and then sat back down at the computer chair and couldn't wait another 15 minutes so I clicked resume!

Yes you can! during that 30 minutes you can eat and use the restroom if needed

Thank you all! yea that 30 minutes will be nice, might do a little stretching and eat a snack with that much time. 15 would be too short for a snack.

The keypad will save sooooo much time.
