Hi folks, just a quick question. I made a request with the DAT people on the 16th of June to take the DAT. As I understand it, they process it every Tuesday, so it should have gotten processed by the 20th.
The ADA website says that I should have received my letter on Friday, the 23rd, but it's Monday andi it's not here yet.
I'm worried because I wanted to take the DAT at the end of this week (I'm cutting it short, I know) preferably before Saturday. Any chance in hell I might be getting that letter so I can schedule in time? (48 hours in advance, correct?)

Exactly the same thing happend to me. I have still not received the letter. I contacted the ADA (after 3 weeks of waiting!).

They said: "You did not have any apt number, perhaps this is the reason. Your letter was mailed out on June 8th. You call call Prometrics to schedule your date 1-800-688-5804."

While this helps, I am still unaware of what a apt number is or if I'll still need one. I also have still not received the letter. I've mailed them again but to no avail. I guess I'll just phone up and book it and be done with it.

I'm not impressed with the ADA so far.

I just called Prometric Testing Center, and they informed me they're experiencing technical difficulties with the system. Sad panda, I hope this works out.

I did get my letter in the mail, but I also have heard of many people just calling the Prometric Center without receiving the ADA letter. Call them at 1-800-688-5804 and schedule your DAT!

go to 2test.com and schedule a test date. you dont have to wait for the letter, although i got my letter in 2 weeks but i signed up online before i got it

You still need the eligibility ID though, which I assumed came from the letter?

all you need is your social security number

Thank you. Now if I can just get the Prometric Testing site to stop displaying errors in Chinese, I might be able to accomplish this...
