Your scores are good overall but it is relatively late in the cycle, and...
The 14 and 16 scores are may knock you out of any schools that have cutoffs. Additionally, RC is looked at strongly so a 14 is certainly an issue.
How is the rest of your app? Shadowing, research, volunteering, etc...?
No one can tell you for sure what your chances are, but at this point your application is complete so just go with the flow and hope for the best. It would be prudent of you, however, to stay fresh in the DAT material in the event that a retake becomes necessary.

Nice job in the chems. 23's in the chems aren't easy to come by...and it shows that you're a capable individual. Thus, I'm sure you can rock the bio and rc section when you re-take.
Someone like you can easily hit 22+ on the right day...I'd go for it if I were you. Good luck.

Except for RC. I retook my DAT which was 19/19/18 because of my 16 in RC. I still got 2 invitations before I retook my exam. I have recently retook it and got 20/20/18 with 18 in RC. I suggest you to do "search method" for RC instead of the Kaplan method. My first passage took me ~27 minutes by doing the Kaplan method, but for second and third passage, I didn't read the passage at all. I just searched the answers and was able to go through most of the questions. Practice RC, you'll improve trust me. Also, be confident! Good luck to you!
