So, I just finished the DAT and I am stoked. My GPA is 3.89 and on the DAT I got AA 23 TS 24 and PAT 26. I need some help re-evaluating the schools I want to apply to. Here is a list of schools I was thinking about applying to. I want to replace some of these schools with some better/harder to get into schools in light of the high DAT score. What do you think my chances are at a Texas school or Colorado. (California Residency). (Extra curricular and dental experience are average)

Schools:

OHSU
UCSF
UoP
UCLA
USC (Probably taking this off)
Western (maybe not)
Loma Linda (maybe not)
UNLV
Kentucky
Louisville
Oklahoma
VCU
Crieghton
NYU
Boston
Arizona
Midwestern
Case
Temple

Where would you apply or not apply?

Thanks

I would try some of the Ivy League schools (Penn, Harvard, Columbia). You would have an excellent shot there.

you have excellent shot at any dental schools. I would def apply to ivy league and ucs. Save yourself some money and give other people their chance for interview by not applying to less competitive schools. You also have a very good chance at schools in colorado or texas unless they have a big preference for instate residents. you're pretty set man. I wouldnt worry too much.

your stats are without a doubt pretty stellar! I would definitely shoot for ivy league schools. A guy I went to school with had around a 3.65 gpa and rocked the DAT and got almost a full scholarship at UPENN. I have always heard that Texas dental schools really dont accept hardly anyone from outside the state but thats just what Ive heard. either way, sounds like you're pretty set!
