DAT in 3 days.. i don't know what to do!!!

i don't know what to do for now..

i just took top score test #3

bio: 19 WTF
gchem: 25
ochem: 29
PAT: 24
RC: 20 WTF!!
QR: 23

i was pretty confident with bio but had lowest score.. (i'v been scoring 23+ in qvault and bootcamp....)

i was very nervous w/ gchem and ochem but only missed 1 -_-;;

i know many of you were saying top score is wayyy easier than real thing so i'm really nervous with those scores i got. i wanted to go for achiever but don't wanna do the last 2 because it would make me feel like a crap. i worked on destroyer twice and just reading through feralis' note for the second time.. please give me any advice!!! i will take 2009 ADA test tomorrow and see how it goes..

I dont think topscore is way easier than the real deal... I thought it was pretty representative if not easier.

I don't know who you're referring to saying topscore is easier. It was actually very similar. Bio is ok to do a little worse in on topscore however, seeing as they have some in depth classification questions that won't show up on the real test. You're solid with those scores.

i noticed that there were some specific phylum question on topscore... so annoying. i hope the real thing don't have those -.-;

how was the QR on real DAT compared to topscore or any other stuff? i'm kinda struggling in QR from bootcamp.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to any estimated scores except from the 2007 and 2009 DAT. Do you feel more excited to get the DAT over with than nervous that you're going to bomb it? If so, you're probably ready.

I'd suggest taking the 2007 and 2009 DAT if you haven't already, by the way.

my feeling at this moment is just wanting to get done with the test!! but at the same time i'm worried that i would get a bad score. kinda strange!!

Those are great scores for Top score....I read a lot of breakdowns and not many people score nearly that high on topscore so your not in good shape but great shape....Good Luck. I hope you kill the exam. Confidence is key and i could tell you that from first hand experience. If you think your going to do bad than that's what's going to happen, but if you stay confident your going to rock that exam. You can do it.

However at the same time I must give my opinion that the Bio for 2007 and 2009 were a joke compared to my Bio DAT.
I scored 22 and 24 on Bio on those tests and I bombed my Bio section on real deal. I say you cannnot fall short on anything in that section

well you got to look at his perspective man; If he was scoring 23+ on other tests and dropped to 19 it could mean something to him. If someone scores a 19, thats only a few questions from 17 or 16. Its only a matter of getting unlucky. So in my opinion I dont think hes "fishing" for compliments.
Besides you are not entitled to answer to his thread and although you may disagree with him we all should keep the hostility to a minimum level. Camon aren't we all going after the same thing?

I remember getting really nervous before my exam too. As others have said before, don't let the numbers get to you too much. That TS test 3 had a lot of diversity questions so a 19 is nothing to be fearful of. In fact, I scored 19's on TS#3 and the final DQV bio (Test 10). They definitely shook me up, but they really didn't mean anything in retrospect. Just try to relax and go in with the confidence of knowing that you have prepared for this exam to the best of your abilities. Best of luck to you!
