Hello, I am relatively new. I have been studying for little more than 2 months now, and I take my DAT on August 25th.

Unlike most of the people, I already got into a dental school with a specialized 7 year combined degree program, so I just need to score 20 AA/TS or higher to fulfill the requirement by end of this year.

I have been using BootCamp as the main resource and Qvault/Destroyer as a supplement for math and bio.

Here are my scores (exams 1-5, did them by sections like a month ago, and I did 6-10 full-length about 2 weeks ago)

BIO/GC/OC/PAT/RC/QR/AA
By Sections
Exam 1: 17/21/21/21/17/20/19
Exam 2: 17/18/23/20/17/19/19
Exam 3: 20/23/23/19/20/22/22
Exam 4: 20/22/22/19/20/19/21
Exam 5: 20/22/21/20/18/20/20

Full-length
Exam 6: 19/23/25/20/17/19/21
Exam 7: 19/20/23/20/17/20/20
Exam 8: 23/25/24/20/19/22/23
Exam 9: 19/23/24/19/18/20/20
Exam 10: 20/23/21/20/18/20/20

2007 Sample
21/28/30/20/18/23/24

2009 (science only & no scaled scores)
Bio - 35/40 correct
GC - 28/30 correct
OC - 27/30 correct

Since I did all the exams, now I am just redoing exams/bookmarked questions. Am I ready to achieve 20+ AA/TS?

I realize there are many versions of the exam so there is no definitive answer, but my mind is just fluctuating between "I will do ok" and "Nervous breakdown" like every day.

+ any advice on studying up to the test date? just review notes only? I appreciate all the help!

Yup those scores are good! You should have a great chance at scoring well! Just keep preparing and reviewing! Work on some timed problems to keep up your time management skills, and make sure to take care of your health by sleeping enough and getting your body moving everyday instead of just sitting at a desk all day lol. Best of luck!

Thank you! Yea I will be constantly reviewing/redoing the exams and make sure I understand each answer choice as well as timing. I am just worried about Bio and RC, because I think they are somewhat luck based.

You look like you’re on the right track! Just keep practicing and expose yourself to as many questions as possible! I reccomend Destroyer for both chems, it’s discouraging but necessary to master if you want 20+ in those sections! I’m taking the DAT 1 day before you— best of luck!

Yea, I have done like 200 questions for GC and 150 ish for OC. I personally thought GC was great but have some unnecessarily hard calculation questions and for OC (many great questions but really overkill for some). I do agree that doing these will get me 20+. Good luck with yours also!

You should be fine with those scores in all honesty. I had similar scores and didn't even come close to finishing Destroyer either and ended up with a 23.

Thank you! I have been frustrated/nervous past couple of days despite all the efforts especially Biology and RC. I just can't seem to grasp information on certain topics on Bio and seems too random each time I take different tests (especially exams 6-10)

Did you think your Bio/RC were in somewhere close to BC? I have seen some threads saying that RC is much easier on the real test in general.
