So, I am a foreign trained dentist. I will be getting my residency soon in Canada. My questions is should I opt for DAT or NDEB? I was an average student and its been been a while I passed my college. I am confused totally. If I go for ndeb, I dont know if I will clear the exam or not...
If I go for DAT, I might have a chance? i dont know. Please help

The DAT is for university applications, not for accreditation. You would write this if you're planning on applying to dental programs at Canadian/US universities.

Since you've already been trained as a dentist, you have two options.

"There are two pathways to certification as a general dentist in Canada for graduates of non-accredited general dentistry programs:

successful completion of an accredited Qualifying/Degree Completion Program

successful completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process"

I would suggest looking over this site to get more familiarized with the application process.

Hello, can someone tell if the international programs for DDS in Canada are funded by loans without a Canadian guarantor?

They don't give you enough government loans, you would have to take bank loans too. Rate is pretty low, 2.5%

You have better chances to get licensed through equivalency process then be accepted into dental school. They like very good stats and competition is fierce
