DAT or NDEB?

So, I am a foreign trained dentist. I will be getting my residency soon in Canada. My questions is should I opt for DAT or NDEB? I was an average student and its been been a while I passed my college. I am confused totally. If I go for ndeb, I dont know if I will clear the exam or not...
If I go for DAT, I might have a chance? i dont know. Please help
 
The DAT is for university applications, not for accreditation. You would write this if you're planning on applying to dental programs at Canadian/US universities.

Since you've already been trained as a dentist, you have two options.


"There are two pathways to certification as a general dentist in Canada for graduates of non-accredited general dentistry programs:

successful completion of an accredited Qualifying/Degree Completion Program

successful completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process"

I would suggest looking over this site to get more familiarized with the application process.

Hello,can someone tell if the international programs for DDS in Canada are funded by loans without a Canadian guarantor?
 
They don't give you enough government loans, you would have to take bank loans too. Rate is pretty low, 2.5%

You have better chances to get licensed through equivalency process then be accepted into dental school. They like very good stats and competition is fierce
