skipping the entire TFE section is a bad idea. why would you skip when you could just blindly guess? i would practice TFE if you're this worried about it. Skipping all 15 TFEs and getting all other 75 questions correct would leave you with around a 20 as your max pat score. So probably not a smart idea
One thing you can do is leave the TFE for the end of the test and focus more on the ones that you are more confident in. I would make sure you leave enough time though to at least try to make educated guesses on the TFE. That being said a lot of the PAT section is practice makes perfect. Just keep doing them and you might surprise yourself on how much you get better.
