When registering for the DAT on the Prometric website, how does the website know you are registering for the DAT if it never actually asks you what test you are registering for? I am curious because i do not want to book my test date until someone on here could give me some insight. Does the system know you are signing up for the DAT when you enter your eligibility number?

Thanks for any help

I don't know for sure, but it seems like your registration number has to be linked to the DAT in their system so that when you register, they know that you already were pre-approved for the DAT. Then when you pick a date, they only give you dates that the DAT is open on.

Well you had to fill out the eligibility application on the ADA site, so I am guessing the eligibility ID they give you has that information built in. I registered a couple weeks ago and had no problem with them not knowing I was taking the DAT.
