I'm new to the site, but I have a quick question regarding my DAT retake.
This will be my 3rd DAT attempt. I've done well overall before, with great scores in Bio, Reading, and PAT. However, my Orgo and GChem scores were not where they needed to be in my first 2 DAT attempts. I'm currently scheduled to retake it this Wednesday, but I just don't feel confident at this point, due to underwhelming practice test scores.
I'm not entirely sure if it's due to nerves or to legitimately being unprepared. Regardless, this is technically my last chance to take the test and don't want to screw it up again.
Anyway, I'm going crazy trying to decide if I should postpone my DAT for another couple weeks or so, or to just take it this week. I have a good GPA and a solid application overall, but I don't want to jeopardize anything/be too late by having my new DAT scores sent even later. But with it being my 3rd retake, I obviously don't want to do go in and get under a 19 in any section. What do you all think?
