Passed D.C. MPJE on second attempt.
First time I studied all the handouts from the website (not recommended)

Know the Guide to Federal Pharmacy Law by Reiss like the back of your hand. I literally read EVERY page and answered every single practice question.

Read DEA Pharmacist Manual. It's from 2010, so make sure to know all Hydrocodone is now CII.

Otherwise, the D.C. stuff from the website to know, prescription records must be kept 5 years, CII scripts only good for 30 days. Like know real basic stuff!

Good luck!

I too passed the DC MPJE second time, so wanted to share my experience with anyone studying for the exam.

First time, I just did the PharmacyExam questions and glanced through the 420 page DC law study guide....it was not enough!

This is what I did the second time around:

1) Read Guide to Federal Pharmacy Law by Reiss/Hall couple times and did ALL the practice questions
2) Read the 420 page DC pharmacy law study guide thoroughly
3) Did the RxPrep MPJE program (videos, question bank and the book) and it was really helpful. One of my MPJE questions, was straight out of the question bank
4) Reviewed questions and answers from PharmacyExam question bank

Knowing the content well the second time around really helped me answer the questions with much more confidence. Coming out of the exam, I felt much better than the first time around.

Good luck to you guys!
