This is annoying AF. Rite-Aid patients keep coming over here since they dropped Express Scripts or OptumRx, can't remember which one and tell me to call Rite-aid for transfers. I just give them our business card and tell them to have their doctor e-script it to us. (I honestly can't be bothered with the transfer process.)
I used to always make up an excuse that I can't transfer e-rxs and that they'd just have to contact the physician to send it elsewhere if I didn't want to fill it.
