Deadline for the 4 year HSPS (2009 cycle)?

I wasn't able to find a deadline online for the 4 year HPSP (2009 cycle), so I was wondering if anyone here knows when you need to sign the papers by to get the full four years of tuition covered?

I think provided that not all scholarships are taken, you can sign in up to school starts. It all depends on how many people want it and how much funding they have, the supply and demand. Each branch handles application individually so there can be significant variation among branches. In general, it seems more people apply for Navy and AF.
