Does anyone know the supplementary application and letters of rec deadline for Creighton? Also, the Dec. 1 deadline for Johns Hopkins--is that a postmark deadline?

I would like to know if Creighton has an MD/PhD app. They never told me anything about it and don't answer any e-mails.

From the JHU secondary application instructions:
...secondary application forms and letters of recommendation must be received by December 1, 2001. (my emphasis)
