Deans List- AMCAS

Do you hurt yourself if you put Dean's list on AMCAS when you didn't receive the recognition every semester? Does it draw more attention to low scores? For example, I only received Deans's list 4 out of the 6 semesters I have done so far. I am not planning to make it its own activity, but rather lump it with other awards and scholarships (if even worth it).

Given it's GPA driven I doubt it matters at all.
