Please provide us your opinion whether the two radiographs are derived from the same person or not.

The radiographs are upside down. Hang them again in the right direction.

Ok.... Here's the reading.

1. The 2nd radiograph has calcification on the first left costochondral junction while the 1st radiograph is not showing clear.

2. The deviation of the supraspinous process is also different.

The two radiographs are alleged to be taken by the son of the most famous public figure in South Korea, who is now arousing suspicion that he had tried to evade a mandatory military service. We are assuming these radiographs are not derived from the same person.

The KVP is not optimized. Repeat the images with optimized KVP.
