Poor patient. Poor anesthesiologist, wish Florida was an opt out state in this case.
The anesthesiologist is culpable. I mean, he was supposed to supervise the crna. He should have noted that the machines were off.

opt out is irrelevant to this circumstance, nurse practice laws and facilities bylaws dictate culpability in this case.
