Vanderbilt. Some residency programs let you do funded MBAs with them and also MBAs can be often far more useful after work experience (in your case residency).

Seems like you clearly prefer Vandy as a school and the city life (Nashville is a really cool city). $70k over 4 years def isn't nothing, but it's not a huge difference imo. What is your expected 4-year COA for each school?

Vandy has a COA of ~415k and UVA has a COA of ~345K
are you taking out full loans for both or do you have some support?
