So i was thinking, and i really dont have a backup plan as to if the dark day might come that i dont get into dental school. So i was thinking, right now im on the course to get a chem major, but with a chem major, there arnt really that many 100k+ jobs (id get masters for sure, apply again to dental school, and then if i didnt get in, either start working or get phd).. but even with a masters in chem, most likely ill be stuck in a lab of some pharmaceutical company somewhere in the bay area (San Fran california). Im very interested in business so i was thinking about changing to a business major but while taking dental pre reqs, so then if i didnt get into dental school, i could get an MBA and do somethin business related.. Should i just stick it out and go with chem or should i think about a business major??

I'd stick with Chemistry and then get your MBA if dental school doesn't work. I don't think that undergraduate business degrees mean much these days, so you might as well do what will put you in the best position with your dental school pre-reqs.
