Deciphering "call type" - what does it mean and what is considered "good"?

Married with an infant and very supportive wife. I am curious about call type on the AOA residencies website: "frequency," "6 q 30." What does this mean? 6 days out of 30?

Its an odd notation, but I would venture that it is indeed 6 days out of every 30 (or an average of q5 which would seemingly be easier to say).
