To all:

I don't believe it has gotten bad here (yet), but in the hopes of preempting a saturation bombing campaign, please observe the following, or I will bring out my big guns, and you all will stand no chance.

1) Please refrain from calling other posters idiots. Everyone is entitled to disagree with others, do so politely. Everyone is also entitled to have an opinion, provided it is voiced appropriately.

2) If you wish to make a constructive comment or disagree with someone's opinion, please feel free of course, but without inflammatory language. If you are questioning whether something is inflammatory, use the following test: Pretend someone just called your mother the same thing you just called them. Are you angry? Perturbed? Then don't do it. If you hate your mother, then pretend they just called your favorite pathetic celebrity the same thing. Or your dog. Or your pet lizard Artie (a prize to whoever IDs that reference first). Or your favorite lime-green pullover.

3) Many people like a good ribbing once in awhile. Many do not.

That is all.
As you were.

Consider banning people when they spread easily checkable outright BS in attempting to discredit programs.

I do not have banning power, however, I have "recommend to ban" powers.

This is not a bannable offense. Surg path #s are somewhat based on semantics. Depends on what you count. Either way, I am keeping my eyes on things. If you have specific complaints you can click the "report post" link (the little exclamation point within the triangle) or let me know.
