defective denture cream?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Maybe, but I'd rather see where this goes before having to judge that woman and the citizen in Boca Raton.

I mean, it's the first time I've heard of this happening. It's not as common as the « fluoride conspiracy » peoples.

Science (and good lawyers) will take care of that case.

The worst thing that can happen is that those products get taken off shelves (unlikely)
The best thing that can come out of this is that people will know to not overdose on denture cream and likely less future cases will happen. That is if one actually happened.

Fricking liberals! Blame it on Obama.
I wouldn't be surprised if the OceanDMD guy shows up and defends the company.

I just love the part where she uses 3 to 4 tubes a week (manufacturer says a tube should last 3 to 10 weeks), and that her dentures have never fit her properly in the 11 years since she got them and she's never gone back to get them adjusted. :wtf:

Suprise, suprise, a full immediate denture originally done on a 21 year old didn't fit correctly, and I'm guessing that there's been just a wee bit of remodeling that occurred to the alveolar ridge shape in the last 11 years🙄

The reall cr$ppy thing is she's probably going to get a couple of million from P&G (if her/her attorney can spell the name of the company correctly🙄) for being just a complete and stupid idiot!

I agree with you; I'll bet you this scumbag trial lawyer is a hardcore Obama supporter.

You obviously have never spent enough time in Boca, besides I doubt that this case will be handled by "good lawyers" :scared:

I am just waiting for the day when the dentists will be dragged into it.

On a similar note: Anybody know about how effective binding arbitration clauses work for patient paperwork? Is it effective for dentists?
