Say if a student was able to get his/her seat deferred at a US dental school and is planning to apply to dental schools outside of US (Australia, Europe and Canada), would the US dental school ever be able to find out? Would they go out of their way to contact all possible dental schools to check on the student?

I don't know. Doubt it. I'm not going to get into all the ethics stuff. I'm just curious what you're going to tell them if you attempted to defer. It's not so simple to get.
