hello, u cant apply without a final degree certificate. ur application is considered incomplete even u send provisional certificate. u have to wait untill u get the final certificate. there is no other way.

hi i posted the same query few days back.. i got absolutely opposite replies.. i was told that i can apply with provisional but b4 joining i should produce my origional.. the thread is still there in the forum.. plz guide me too.. coz i dont want to be mislead.. thanks.

the best solutions is to call up the respective universities and ask them abt it...good luck

u need final degree certificate to apply. i know this because i called up almost all the universities i can. some of them said that u cannot apply others said the application will be incomplete untill u provide the final certificate even u send them the provisional.
