is it ok if you graduate in the summer and your degree is not posted until after the fall starts even though you completed all your requirements in summer A; because on NSU 's site it says that all final transcripts must be received before school starts.

It should be o.k. as long as you really graduated. If you are worried, you can contact NSU to make sure it is fine.
