What is an E? Between a D and an F? And it would be much easier if you could post a number in terms of undergraduate cGPA and sGPA. But based on your mix of Bs, Cs, and an E, MD is probably a long shot. If you really want medicine, retake all of your Cs and lower, ace them, then apply to DO school. But again, seeing a number would probably make this easier.

don't know the GPA exact, I think cGPA would be like 3.2, sGPA 2.8/9

Based on what I have read from adcoms on here, those are lethal numbers for MD.
