Oh wow, sorry you had this experience, but thanks for sharing the reality.

I know Einstein endo is one of the favorite programs for applicants. Really hope they don’t get hit too much by collateral damage (like lack of staffing).

Thanks for posting this. We need more clarity for dental residencies - loads of toxic ones out there.

Esp now when new grads have high debt they cannot afford to waste time or lose their confidence at poor programs.

Leadership is everything, bad PD will destroy every part of the program

Fred Barnett and Ken Hargreaves (from San Antonio) are the most amazing speakers. Because of them, I don't attend non-residency directors/chairman lectures anymore like Stephen Buchanan (How to do molar endo in less than 10 minutes).

If Einstein GPR is part of a hospital (Medical Center), why is the hospital's Central Sterilizing Department not sterilizing your cassettes?
-----NOT having the dental department's instruments sterilized with surgical department's instruments is a "Red Card" JACO finding.

yes we have to submit our instruments to hospital sterile

It absolutely sucks, they throw it half the stuff of misplace it in one way or another as they have no idea what dental stuff is
