The format for me says xlsx.xls, which is unreadable. Is this just me?
 
I think the tuition is off. The MSAR says Colorado is like $75,000 OOS.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong.
 
I detest using Excel and making spreadsheets in general, so I commend you for your fine work!

a comment on the Univ. of Washington data: your spreadsheet indicates that 44.9% of UW students are from out of state; this may be accurate (I don't know) but is misleading, as UW considers students who live in one of 5 states (WA, WY, AK, MT, ID) to be "in-region" or instate for admissions purposes. if you are not a legal resident of one of these five states, then your chances of gaining an interview (let alone admission) are very very small. just a caveat for ppl who may be using this info. to apply to public schools in states of which they are not legal residents
