I think SLU is a better school and matches pretty well around the country. I would choose SLU and avoid the tumult at Drexel (maybe things have improved but it still seems there will be a lot of shuttling around for rotations).

I think if you do decide on wanting to try out a new city, you'll have no problem matching back to the NE from SLU. The rest of the factors you have to decide on your own.
