The portion highlighting Facebook posts by the anesthesiologist about patient care (one about a patient having lice, another being a picture of vitals monitor) look pretty bad.

I presume they were doing paper charting at that time still? Otherwise, the numbers wouldn't have been allegedly fudged.
Yea this hospital is an hca hospital and as such is stuck in the Middle Ages of meditech and paper records.
