Dr. Christopher Spillers of Medical City Dallas was sued over a deadly surgery during which he admitted he was texting and reading from an iPad.www.dallasobserver.com
The portion highlighting Facebook posts by the anesthesiologist about patient care (one about a patient having lice, another being a picture of vitals monitor) look pretty bad.
Folks, DO NOT post about patient care on social media.

I presume they were doing paper charting at that time still? Otherwise, the numbers wouldn't have been allegedly fudged.

Yea this hospital is an hca hospital and as such is stuck in the Middle Ages of meditech and paper records.
