You don't have to disclose anything. You can write - Dental office, no further explanations. If they ask for references, give names of your friends

Do you think a potential employer would notice a 2 month gap? That's really not that long of a time. I would imagine you could just leave it out and it wouldn't be noticed.

Be honest. As an employer, I want to know who I am hiring, and cherry picking what to put on an application would not bode well. If your reasons are just you should be fine.
