School list: (the rank I want to attend)
1. UCLA
2. UCSF
3. UPenn
4. Columbia
5. UNC
6. U of Michigan
7. UOP
8. Loma Linda
9. USC
10. NYU
11. WesternU
12. Midwestern AZ
13. Roseman

I understand my GPA is super low and I do not have any research hours, but will my decent DAT score and military experience help? My dream schools would be UCLA or UCSF because I want to stay in CA with my family and specialize in the future. I have reached out to both schools, but they both mentioned that they will look at my application as a whole and some generic comments.
Any comments or advice would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!
1-7 are in the top 10 most difficult schools to get into, so your path is steep, but not impossible
thank you for your service and congrats on your strong finishing year gpas and you better than "decent" DAT scores
it's really hard to say, but i would bet a few of the top 7 will give you a shot, then it's up to you to ace your interviews!
my suggestion would be to get rid of most or all of 9-13 (especially NYU) you could leave USC and western since you want to stay in CA
but i would consider Utah/UNLV/Colorado...
