NSU-KPCOM easily. People usually say to attend an established DO school over a new one that hasn't graduated a class yet since there's going to be a lot of difficulties involved. VCOM Monroe campus is one DO school people tend to say avoid applying to out of all the VCOM campuses.

Expensive, both Tuition and COL (64K Tuition for OOS)

It was recently shared that the total cost of attendance is around 475k for Nova (likely due to a jump in the cost of living).

If that is a concern for you (and if that cost is about the same for you from what the school shared), I would actually say VCOM-LA. The complaints about Nova has given it a bad reputation.
