Add Michigan State and Central Michigan. You could also add any of these schools:
Toledo
Duke
USF Morsani
Miami
St. Louis
Wake Forest

Thank you so much!

You need to apply to all your in-states because you have the best chance. Your chance for interview/offer will also depend on mission fit for all schools. You have not supplied enough information so read

You don't have much service orientation in your community service activities. It's all teaching/tutoring (book club facilitator... cool, but not service orientation), but nothing much showing your willingness to be uncomfortable in alleviating others' distress. You must have at least 150 hours to avoid getting screened out at most schools.

Not sure about WashU or Cornell on metrics, but I can be persuaded otherwise. I'm more concerned on lack of service orientation knocking you out.

Is there anything I can do about my community service activities at this point? I've already submitted this cycle.

Is there any way my tutoring hours would still count depending on the community I worked with?
The literacy tutoring was with students from a disadvantaged community who are reading below the reading level for their age. The English tutoring is for refugees.

Tutoring goes under academic competency. You get a credit for working with marginalized communities as you would working in clinical settings with marginalized communities, but it does not address "alleviating distress" in the service orientation competency definition. All you can do is start as soon as possible; get enough in case you have to reapply next cycle, but at least get some in should you get interviews.
