You don't have much service orientation in your community service activities. It's all teaching/tutoring (book club facilitator... cool, but not service orientation), but nothing much showing your willingness to be uncomfortable in alleviating others' distress. You must have at least 150 hours to avoid getting screened out at most schools.
Not sure about WashU or Cornell on metrics, but I can be persuaded otherwise. I'm more concerned on lack of service orientation knocking you out.
