I am pretty confused by your strategy here.
Are you doing a formal postbac program or doing courses on your own?
One year total of Gen Chem with labs will meet any school's prereqs.
Don't drop a class you are getting an A/B in.
Your assumption that medical schools do not accept online coursework is not accurate, but labs should be in person.
